We want you to love your Hide Craft bag! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items

How to Start a Return

Email Info@hidecraft.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
