At Hide Craft, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather goods. We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:

• Stitching coming undone
• Broken hardware (zippers, buckles, clasps)
• Material defects (excluding normal wear and tear)

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Natural wear and tear, including scratches or patina
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Product Care

To keep your Hide Craft leather bag looking its best:

• Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use
• Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth
• Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain softness
